1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Options & Costs

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery : Royal Mail 48 -(3–5 business days): £4.50

  • Express Delivery  DPD Local (1–2 business days - Next working day delivery: £5.50

Delivery timeframes may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor your parcel via the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

  • We cannot accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses. Re-sending will need to be charged again. 

  • If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. A re-delivery fee will apply.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@tglabs.co.uk. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
