Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing from or using tglabs.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Testograph UK LTD operates the website tglabs.co.uk and sells the dietary(food) supplement Testo Up. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to Testograph UK LTD, registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our store.

  • You must be a resident placing an order for delivery within the United Kingdom.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet these requirements.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3. Products & Descriptions

Testo Up is a vitamin-based dietary(food) supplement containing 12 active ingredients. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products at any time. We will notify you if this affects a pending order.

4. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable. The VAT amount will be shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
  • If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
  • 5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation, in which case any payment taken will be fully refunded.

We accept payment by credit and debit card only, processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not accept cash, cheques, or bank transfers.

6. Cancellations (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (the 'cooling-off period').

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us at support@tglabs.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. If the product is unused and sealed, we will arrange return and refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Please note: The right to cancel may not apply if the product seal has been broken due to hygiene reasons. Our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy) provides additional protection beyond this statutory right.

7. Companion App

Testo Up is designed to be used alongside the Testograph companion app. App usage data may be reviewed in connection with money-back guarantee claims. By creating an app account and making a purchase, you consent to this use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided as a tool to support the programme. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and are not liable for temporary outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tglabs.co.uk — including text, images, logos, branding, and the Testograph app — is the intellectual property of Testograph UK LTD and is protected under UK and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss arising from the use of our products or website shall not exceed the total value of your order.

10. Complaints

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly. To raise a complaint, contact us at support@tglabs.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
